Nutrisystem

This is a short video titled "Easy Food Choices" starts by showing how bad it is to eat junk food all the time simply because you think you have no time to cook. Which, I find ironic because while it only a few minutes to buy and eat a donut it actually takes over an HOUR to burn off the calories from that donut.

The video than turns to suggest Nutrisystem as a great alternative because the food is great tasting but it can also be cooked and eaten just as quickly as picking up fast food.
 
All considered, this is a pretty well done video which holds a lot of truth.
