Contest Terms:
Write a short post on your blog about which foods you would most like to try on the Nutrisystem Diet and link to our web site, and you will be sent a coupon code for 20% off Luma Tweeze or Purse Brite (or both!) through TVTopTen.com.
You will also be entered to win 1 month of the Nutrisystem Diet, FREE! One winner will be selected on July 11, 2011. All entries must be received by July 1, 2011. We ask that the winner do a video review of what comes in the package and document making at least one day's worth of meals so we can share your experience!
We require one link to the Nutrisystem page on TVTopTen.com and a shout out of your post on twitter and Facebook.

Eligibility: The Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Colombia, and Canada who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of TVTopTen.com and other companies associated with the promotion of the Contest and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising agencies as well as immediate family members of any TVTopTen employee are not eligible. This Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Sponsor: The sponsor of the Contest is TVTopTen.com
Official Rules: Participation in the Contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement to the acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth in this agreement.
Contest Period: The Contest begins on May 12, 2011 at 9:00am PST and ends on July 1, 2011 at 12:00pm PST. Entries must be submitted within this time frame to qualifiy for the Contest. Entries must be received online at www.tvtopten.com. Limit one entry per person, per email address, and per household for the duration of the Contest. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and shall not be returned.
Prize Drawing: On or about July 11, 2011, the Sponsor will randomly select a winner from the eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the winner by email on or about July 11, 2011. If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 days, the sponsor may select and alternate winner in his or her place at random from the remaining entries. The Grand prize winner will be asked to sign a document within 5 days of first being notified of winning. If the winner does not sign the document within 5 days, the winner forfeits the prize. In the event that a winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner by random from among the remaining eligible entries. Only three alternate drawings will be performed, after which the prize will remain unawarded. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the Contest. The Grand prize will be released for the Contest after a minimum of 100 entries have been submitted. Should the minimum number of entries not be received, the Grand Prize will not be released for the Contest giveaway.
Prizes: Grand Prize: One winner will receive a gift card to redeem a Nutrisystem Women's Basic 30 Day Meal Plan.
All entrants will receive a coupon code good for 20% off a product ordered through TVTopTen.com.
General Conditions: in the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in any way for any reason, or in the event that the Contest is unable to run as planned for any reason, as determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion, the Sponsor may (a) suspend the contest and resume the Contest at a later date, or (b) terminate the Contest. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior, or for any other reason at its discretion. Should any attempt be made to harm or damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney's fees) or any other remedies to the fullest extent of the law.
Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, and any other company associated with the Contest, and each of their respective officers and employees from any claim or cause of action arising out of participating in the Contest or receiving or using its prize.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes connected to the Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and by the appropriate court in California. All issues and questions concerning the validity and enforceability of these Official Rules and obligations of the entrants shall be governed by and construed in accordance with California law.
Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to the sponsor's privacy policy.
