Oh. My. God. These are the worst knives ever, dull and with no heft.
Luckily, I shopped second hand so I only wasted pennies instead of dollars. The Titanium II knives do not stay sharp! I managed to make the 8-inch chef's knife somewhat usable after a lot of honing and steeling, but the upkeep isn't worth it and when it goes dull again, I'm going to toss it, too. I've learned my lesson not to be dazzled by a sharp-dressed knife that says "Professional" on it. Next time, I'll do my research before buying.

I love these knives but somehow lost some of the steak knives and would like to replace them but cannot seem to find a website to do that.
