I ordered a Samurai Shark, but was very skeptical.
When it arrived I sharpened my paring knives as a test.
They are so sharp now that they skim through anything.
I have now sharpened every object in the house that has a blade
I am so pleased with my sharpener and love how easily it fits in the drawer in my kitchen.
Just terrific!!!!
