This item worked, for about a month. I was so excited to finally sleep! But, then it stopped working. I suspect that the material started wearing down and is no longer strong enough. I'm not sure what material it's made of, but it's not very strong. My husband wears it every night, but still snores a lot. I'm back to sleepness nights!
