Nutrisystem

I am a single older man and not interested in making dinner for myself or eating out every night. Nutrisystem has helped a lot. Not the best food, but really convenient and healthy.

I love Nutrisystem - I wish I could get more of the meals at retail stores or at the supermarket. The deserts are OK but the snacks are the best.

I bought Nutrasystem 2 months ago. I cannot stay on the plan exclusively because the food is so boring (YUK). But I have lost 22lbs since I started. I have way more energy than before. I take the weekends off and still eat what I want. During the week, Nutrasystem has helped me stay on track. I am a happy customer.

My husband bought me the vegetarian nutrisystem program and I have to say, it's not good. I do not recommend that plan. The snacks are good though.

This diet is awesome! Before starting it I would be thinking constantly about food, trying to decide what I want to eat for my next meal. I always try to think of what sounds good, but that is also a healthy option. With Nutrisystem I love that I don't have to think about it at all anymore. I mean I still have a lot of options for each meal, but I don't have to worry about how much fat or carbs are in it! Whatever sounds good I eat and I don't have to think about it at all. So I put less energy into cooking and figuring out what I'm going to eat, and I'm losing weight! I love it!

I did not like the product at all. Tastes worse than airplane food but I lost 12 pounds in one month. Not bad I guess.

I was wondering if there were any gluten free meals I did not know where else to ask

I started Nutrisystem on August 11th. A friend of mine lost over 40lbs in a year of following the program. Back in 2005-2006 I lost 80lbs following the South Beach program overtime I drifted from those habits and gain back 70 of that in the last few years. I decided I should get back on a program since what I was doing wasn't working.

I need things to be simple and easy to prepare and Nutrisystem is great for people who like convience. Everything is prepackaged and properly portioned. You supplement the program with Fruits and Veggies since that wouldn't be very good prepackaged. You can either order the "Favorites" package or pick your own. I tried the "Favorites" package and found things that I definitely like and also found stuff I will never order again. Everyone has their own preferences but if you are used to frozen meals from Lean Cuisine, Health Choice, etc you should have no trouble finding something you enjoy in NS.

In the 18 days that I have been on the program I have dropped 18.7 lbs doing some extra exercise on the side which is recommended but not required for success.

I was amazed at the number of people complaining about this program I just don't understand why it is pretty easy to follow and I don't feel hungry at all!

I ordered the Nutrisystem pack years ago and the food was terrible but I lost a few LBS. I ordered again last month and its much better these days... much improved. Still kind of dry and not big enough portions for me. But I guess I will lose the weight because of that. All in all, I give Nutrisystem a 7.

I have lost 13 pounds on the Nutrisystem Select plan. I suggest this plan for anyone who is tired of being 10-20 pounds overweight like I was. I feel better. Nutrisystem offers good meal options and I was never bored with the food selections.
