the hose is great but the plastic enads are impossible to repair. they should either offer a replacement end ott make them metal. they are expensive hose that work well but i wouldnt buy another because the plastic crack, then the hose is prctically useless

The fact that Magna-Hose came with it's own spool and spray nozzle was helpful and the ability to maintain pressure while rolled up or twisted was also good. However the plastic connectors at each end broke after only a few weeks of use. Since the hose itself is a flat 3 channel unit it's impossible to repair the connectors with the commonly available replacement connectors for traditional hoses. As such the hose is essentially useless because once the plastic connector breaks it cannot be attached to the spigot. The manufacturer does not offer any warranty and unless you save the receipt the only hope for replacement is the return policy of whatever store it was purchased from. At the average cost of $25-$35 you're better off getting a medium duty standard water hose with metal fittings. Regular hoses make in fact kink occasionally but overall they still last longer in terms of being usable.

Last year we bought 3 magna hoses....however...2 ruptured! I am wondering if I was to blame because, while I was gardening, I left the pressure on and they were lying in the sun....Not even DUCK TAPE could fix them! If I AM to blame, I think they need to put a warning on the product to prevent this from happening to anyone else....
