If you are interested in ordering Nutrisystem you probably would like to know exactly what you will be receiving in the Nutrisystem Package.

Nutrisystem offers many different programs such as Nutrisystem D for diabetics, Nutrisystem Vegetarian, Nutrisystem for Men, for Women, and much more. The main difference between all these programs is the way the foods are prepared, so no matter what program you choose, the Nutrisystem Package will contain the same essential items: your meals and the personalized results kit.

So what is in the box...

Meals
When you order Nutrisystem you will browse the online menu and choose enough food for 28 days. This includes 3 daily meals (1 breakfast, 1 lunch and 1 dinner) and 1 daily desert. So overall you will be receiving 28 deserts and 84 meals. You can also choose a pre-selected "Favorite Foods Package" as opposed to choosing all of your individual items.

Note: If you choose the select program, you can also order and receive frozen meals . The results kit and ready-to-go meals will come in the first shipment and the frozen meals will come in a second one. This is because the frozen meals need to be delivered in a special Schwan's Home Service truck, so they remain "fresh" and frozen.

All of your meals will be color coded for easier organization. All the breakfasts will have blue wrappers, lunches have green ones, dinners are red and the dessert wrappers are pink. This will make it much easier to keep track of what you are eating and if you like surprises you can organize your meals in the distinct colors then reach into the cupboard and grab a random meal.
