1. How do I place an order?
Order online using our completely
SECURE site. All purchases are charged in US
Dollars.
2. Can I pay by Check or Money
Order?
Yes. However, we must receive your
payment before we can ship your order. Checks take up to 21 days to clear, and
will delay your order until the check is cleared. For immediate shipping, we
suggest you pay with a money order or cashier's check. Be sure to include
shipping/handling costs, which will be visible on the online order form. Please
contact us for the shipping address.
Please make your check or money
order (in US dollars only) payable to BuyTopTen. Please let us know you
are sending a check so we can provide the correct information for you
to send it.
3. Is my credit card information
secure?
Your credit card is safe with
tvtopten.com, because our site uses the latest encryption technology provided by
Yahoo stores. When you order from tvtopten.com, your credit card information is
protected with digital certificates, secure commerce servers, and credit-card
fraud detection software.
4. What are my shipping and handling
charges?
Shipping rates can be viewed here.
5. Do you ship internationally?
This depends on which product you are
ordering. Many of our suppliers will ship outside the USA. If you would like to
know if a certain product can be shipped outside the USA, please e-mail us. Typically, we do not ship single
units, unless they are destined for Canada. We ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, APO or
FPO addresses, or any other U.S. territory for many
items.
6. What are the shipping and handling
charges for international orders?
In addition to a higher shipping
charge for orders shipped outside of the United States, there may also be duties
and/or import taxes charged by your country's customs department when the item
is delivered. Payments of these extra charges are the sole responsibility of the
customer. These taxes are not included in your tvtopten.com order total. These
charges vary by country and by the value of the item(s) being shipped. Import
taxes are not charged for Guam, Puerto Rico, APO or FPO addresses, or for any
other U.S. territory.
7. When will my order ship?
Most of our products ship within one
week of placing an order (typically the next day), unless the product
availability indicates otherwise. Orders must be placed by 4pm Pacific Standard
Time in order to be eligible for same day shipping. TvTopTen does not ship on
weekends. Please note that if you selected a shipping method to either an APO
address, Alaska, or Hawaii, there could be an additional slight delay before
your order is received.
Products will be drop shipped from
various locations around the United States. Where your order will be shipped
from will depend on where the individual suppliers have their warehoues located.

8. How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be emailed
to you the day your item ships.
9. What is the return policy?
We will gladly accept any return
within 30 days, provided the item is
in new or like-new condition. We will only issue a refund or send a replacement
as needed once the item has been received in our
warehouse.
All items
you return are subject to a 15% restocking fee that
will be subtracted from the price of the item, unless deemed defective by our
staff.
**You
MUST let us know if you plan to return an item. Please notify us
by sending an e-mail so that we can
issue you a return authorization number. Send all returns via
a GROUND method that can be tracked (UPS Ground / FedEx Ground
/ USPS Priority mail). Please contact us for the returns address so that it is
routed to the correct warehouse. **
Along with your
return, be sure to include the following:
1. Your order number and/or your complete
name and address
2. A detailed
explanation regarding your reason for returning the
item(s) and if you want a refund or an exchange.
3. Your return authorization number provided by
TVTopTen
Refunds should appear on your credit card statement
within 10 business days. TVTopTen.com will reimburse you for your actual
shipping costs if the item arrived damaged or defective, or if you were shipped
an incorrect item due to a mistake on our end. Optional replacement for the
damaged item may be assessed. We are unable to reimburse you for service fees
charged by third parties, such as Mail Boxes Etc., and all shipping and handling
costs are non- refundable.
All items must be returned in
their original packaging along with all accessories, parts, and instructions manuals that were shipped with your original order. Our 30 day
return policy starts from the day your product is received. We need to have the
return package postmarked within 30 days of the date that your item was
delivered (regardless of what date the product was first used). Note: If we
receive your item back in our warehouse and it does not meet our return policy
terms, then we will not issue you a refund or send you a replacement. Such a
return also will not be sent back to you, and a restocking fee may
apply.
Exceptions to our return
policy:
1. Consumable items (such as hair removal creams, tanning
lotions, lipstick, or any other product that can be diminished or used
up) are not returnable once they have been opened. However, we will
accept a return for any unused and unopened consumable
item.
**No Returns are currently available
for the "Auto Cool" due to limited availability. Store credit for defective
units only. **
10. How do I get a coupon?
From time to time, TVTopTen.com
offers various discounts and coupons. These coupons are either advertised
online, or are mailed to repeat customers. Because our coupons are constantly
changing, we cannot send coupons to customers who request them. Frequently, we
discount our prices so that everyone can benefit without using a coupon. Keep
your eyes open for our special discounts on various products! You'll find some
amazing deals. TVTopTen.com reserves the right to change or cancel a coupon at
any time, at our discretion.
