February 06, 2009 I love the product (I have bought two - with and without the light). However, both have stopped removing hair after just a few weeks. It is not a matter of batteries. The blade seems to stop working, period. Also, it removes NEW hair only. If you have had hair (mustache) for sometime and the hair is coarse, it does NOT remove this hair at all. Just new baby fine hair. February 06, 2009 Any suggestions you have will be very appreciated. I have been waiting for a product for facial hair removal for years! THANK YOU.
