• You have the option to have them delivered daily to your door step or shipped frozen and delivered weekly to your door.

The Cons:
• This program is a bit pricey as compared to other diet programs.

Great news! Chefs Diet recently added a new and a more affordable program. “My Solution” is Chefs Diet most affordable delivery option available. Starting at only $9.99 a day, you can receive their solution-two meals and two snacks delivered bi-weekly to their door. Clients can choose to have either breakfast and dinner or lunch and dinner delivered, along with two delicious snacks everyday.

So, if you are a person who wants to change and want to learn how to do it on your own, this is the program for you.

This is a great diet program because it’s almost like having your own doctor to help you through the program. We all know when consulting with a doctor it is always much more comforting. So, for those of you who like going to the doctor for advice, this is the program for you. They will map out everything you need to do step by step.
Here are the Pros and Cons:

The Pros:
• Free Duke Diet Evaluation, they’ll calculate a customized weight-loss evaluation
• They’ll build a diet and fitness plan just for you.
• You'll have hundreds of recipes to choose from
• Step-by-step exercise instructions and calculators to help you stay on track to reach your goals.
• You can consult their experts from their fields of expertise — nutrition, fitness, behavioral health, and medical.
• As a member, you will receive daily meal plans, support and encouragement, customized exercise routines that you can do in the comfort of your own home, advice from the Duke Experts, and state-of-the-art information based on recent weight-loss research.

Cons:
Personally, I think this program is nothing special. You can get all these benefits with the other diet programs as well. I think if you were to go with Nutrisystem, Weight Watchers, and South Beach Diet. You will get better results!
