With the Crunchless Abs system you can get the flat stomach you have always wanted without doing a single sit-up!
Your abdominal area is made of 12 muscles that wrap around your entire core like a girdle. Research has shown that regular crunches only work 2 of these core muscles, leaving you wondering why you're not getting the results you want. With Crunchless Abs every core muscle is targetted so that your abs stay tight and flat.
Crunchless Abs was developed by exercise physiologist Linda LaRue, a registered Nurse and Athletic Trainer with a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and Sports Medicine. Linda developed Crunchless Abs to not only create fun and effective training to look good, but also to feel and move well. Her complete exercise video system targets the side obliques, upper abs, the hard-to-reach lower abs and wraps all the way around to the lower back.

Rosemay March 04, 2009 Okay DVD but be mindful of packaging receipt. Crunchless Abs will charge your credit card and place orders you have not authorized.
Dottie Capple March 04, 2009 Once you buy the $12.95 plan you are automatically put into a monthly suscription plan where every month you receive more DVDs and more money gets charged to you. This was not made aware to me any where on the website or in my original shipment. I was only aware of this when I receive a second shipment of DVDs (that I did not order) and $19.99 was taken out of my bank account! I have written the company requesting for this subscription to be cancelled. I do not care how well this plan works if the company is not forthright and honest from the get go. I am extremely upset with this company and the tactics used to get more money out of us. Do not buy this product with out researching exactly what you are getting for your money and how often hey will be charging you.
Marlena Hewlett March 10, 2009 I ordered the first video because I have back problems and sit-ups/crunches are difficult for me. Did not find most of the exercises "do-able" with a bad back. I also want to inform buyers that if you order from cruchlessabs.com they enroll you in a program and will ramdomly charge your credit card without permission and send you stuff you do not order. Even after several phone calls and sending back upopened merchandise they refuse to credit me. Not good business!
Cathy April 19, 2009 I wish I had read the review page before I ordered the first order. Like the others below, I did not know when I ordered the $9.99 video that I was signing up for a monthly program from the Crunchless Abs Company. My second order was $29.99. I received it yesterday, it goes back tomorrow. I wanted only one video, now I have 4 and a bag of equipment to send back.
If I could rate it a 0, I would but it won't let me rate below a 1.6...
AMGalloway April 20, 2009 The Crunchless Abs company signed me up for a monthly program that is not mentioned anywhere on their website. They shipped me additional DVDs that I didn't order. The first time, I was to busy to check on it and thought maybe I had misunderstood something. When they charged my bank card the third time without warning, I called and they agreed to stop, but said I still owed them and additional $19.95. The phone reception was so bad, I couldn't understand half what he was saying.
Don't order from Crunchless Abs. The program might be good, but their business practices are definitely not honorable.
C. Andrews June 25, 2009 You should always research the reviews and the company. Look at what everyone is saying. Any offer that seems too good to be true - as this one - is. If you can afford extra charges and delayed/no credits to your card - go for it! This is not a good way to do business and Crunchless Abs knows it. Now you know it.
joann zakutney June 25, 2009 I have not tried this product yet. I am looking forward to trying it.
