What
it is
CentriLean is a new diet pill
that claims to melt off rounds of pure body
fat without changing any part of your daily
life.
To demonstrate CentriLean’s effectiveness
the company cites a double-blind study where
participants who took the pill lost weight,
79.5% of which was pure body fat (not water
weight). The study participants were not even
told they were given a weight loss pill, and
they still lost weight! Pretty convincing.
What’s
in it
The main sited ingredient
in CentriLean is the konjac root and Thermaxium,
(which is essentially a multivitamin with
green tea extracts). The konjac root is grown
in China and is widely used in many Japanese
dishes.
The main component is glucomannan
which is a dietary fiber that is water-soluble.
Studies not associated with CentriLean have
reported that the konjac root is effective
in weight-loss and has even lowered cholesterol
in study participants.
How
to use it
The label says to take 2
capsules at least 30 minutes before meals,
up to two times a day. I found this a little
confusing since I eat at least three times
a day like I assume most people do.
I wasn’t
sure before which two meals I should take
them. I decided on breakfast and dinner, rationalizing
that it would be the best way to spread the
supplement’s effectiveness out throughout
the day.
Conclusion
After taking CentriLeam I noticed that I definitely
did feel fuller faster when eating meals,
which obviously made me want to eat less.
CentriLean is probably alright for those looking
to lose a little bit of weight and want something
to help them get a jumpstart to changing or
modifying their eating habits especially in
terms of portion control.
CentriLean is a
great tool to help those who have portion
control problems train themselves to only
eat what is needed to make you feel full.
However, you have to be realistic. No pill
is going to instantly melt away pounds and
pounds of pure body fat, especially without
exercising or eating healthier.
