LOVE IT - LOVE IT. Great for beginners and easy to develop into a moderate exercise. I love that she doesn't incorporate the "spiritual" aspect of Yoga and just sticks with Yoga as an EXERCISE! I wish she had more tapes, I've been doing this for 2 years so it is time to move on and be challenged but I can't find anyone even remotely as good as Kirsten! I'll keep doing this DVD for it's stretching benefits.
