Here at TVTopTen, we have been able to see the Slap Chop in action and have been quite impressed with the results. The Slap Chop was very simple to use and we were able to chop almost any food product we could get a hold of in the kitchen.
The blades were sharp enough to cut right through a potato giving us perfectly shaped pieces, as well as it did a great job at pealing an onion which we were really impressed with. Once we had to clean the Slap Chop, we found that it is in fact really simple to clean as it opens up exposing the blades and then it closes back really easily.
The Slap Chop is a product that gets a lot of annual sales and very good reviews because of its ability to chop food easily and for a great price. For this reason, we at TVTopTen have ranked the Slap Chop as a top ten TV product that is definitely worth having in your kitchen.

Even out of the box, the slap chop never worked as easily and effortlessly as Vince makes it appear. By the third or fourth use I was 'pounding' not slapping. Cumbersome to clean. Not worth the effort. Much less traumatic to use a knife.

I guess the guy guy on Tv has the knack or perhaps this piece of junk just takes lots of practice to use. Everytime I tried 'Slap Chopping', the food would stick to the inside of the chopper. This item is very frustrating to use and I purchased 'two' of them. That's two pieces of 'junk' that I have no use for. I doubt that this review will be posted. If it does, then you are forewarned.

What a crock of crap. Vince is a cheap imitator of Billy Mays and will never produce anything like Billy did. Billy may be gone but his partner Anthony Sullivan is carrying on the legacy. Anthony isn't Billy, but his heart and vision are the same. SlapChop=CrapChop. If you're thinking of buying this item - don't. Ask yourself what would Billy Mays do? WWBD!!

I have not gotten a slap chop, but I will watch the commercial everytime it comes on. I will stop whatever I'm doing to watch the guy (what is his name?) throw the unwanted food chopper over his shoulder ----crashing into the sink. I just love watching him!

This thing is awesome. We got this as a wedding gift and I use it everytime i cook. I don't know about the nuts but for chopping onions, the slap chop is the best.

This is the BEST TV commercial I've ever seen. I watch it over and over again. This guy is SO funny. Hopefully this product is as good as his commercial.
