I tried listen up for my mother and the hearing device for your ears was too big, had to go get headphones which you still couldn't move the device, a lot of static, you had to keep the device very still, then I still couldn't understand some of the things people was saying, a waste of money, I wish I would read some of the reviews before buying this gimmick.
