and exercise program by Greer Childers. The program
is based on 7 principles that if you stick to
you can lose up to 10 pounds in just 14 days.
The system is based on the idea of “diametric
resistance” which means it is working muscle
against muscle instead of muscle versus hand weights.
This way you work multiple muscles at one time.
Because of the fact that you can work 4-6 muscles
at the same time, you don’t have to work
out for 30 minutes a day or more. All you need
is seven minutes a day, there are no counting
calories. The program also explains that it has
been scientifically proven to help you lose weight.
I
have seen many extremely positive reviews from
users Seven Shapely Secrets. This is surprising
and not common for infomercial diet products.
A lot of people have reported losing significant
amounts of weight and reshaping their body. So
I definitely wanted to try it out and see if it’s
all it’s cracked up to be.

Childers’ 7 Secrets to Being Thin and Shapely,
which is a short reading on her 7 basic principles
she believes you need to follow to live a healthier
life and lose weight. It also comes with Greer’s
7 minute workout DVD that does not require the
use of any weights or other equipment. By simply
doing the workouts and following the 7 secrets
(which are not really demanding or hard to stick
to) you can lose a significant amount of weight.
In just four or so different moves you can get
a full body workout. The exercises take a little
practice to get down. Basically you have the power
to adjust the intensity of the workout. But, once
I figured out how do it by following the video,
I did notice that my muscles felt a little fatigued
which means the exercises were working.
The
diet portion of the program is pretty simple.
While you required to count the calories you eat
during the day, you are encouraged to learn how
to recognize how many calories are in different
foods. By simply recognizing and being conscious
of what you are eating, you will make healthier
food choices and not overeat, and this will without
a doubt result in weight loss.
Conclusion
Greer Childers is proof that this system must
work; she is 61 years old and looks fantastic
and explains that she herself used to be overweight
and by simply following her “secrets”,
she lost the weight and has kept it off.

Shapely Secrets is not just a gimmick, its a few
simple additions to your life such as being to
sure to drink water throughout the day, making
simple and smart and healthy eating choices, and
doing the exercises for just seven minutes a day.
If you are dedicated to losing weight and do not
have a lot of time to count calories, follow and
a strict diet, or spend hours a week in the gym,
then I would definitely recommend this program.
