I'm 36. I don't do any meetings but I LOOOOVE the food. Been on Weight Watchers for 12 years and have lost weight I wanted to. PLUS, I still fit into my college jeans.

Foods good and counting calories with weight watchers is much easier than doing it on your own. My favorite part, is that many store products and even restaurants will tell you how many points are in the food you are eating. This is very convenient. I have lost a lot of weight on the program, but you need to make sure to keep it up because it is easy to gain your weight back if you stop.
