After 2 uses the unit won't emit hot steam. It is lukewarm at best. I can hold the trigger and spray steam directly onto my hand at close range and feel lukewarm steam only. It was plugged in for 15 minutes in an effort to heat it. I ended up taking all my curtains down and hand ironing. This contraption is a waste of money!

I DID LIKE THIS STEAMER BUT I CAN NOT FIND ANY ADDRESS TO SEND MY MODEL 52071 FOR REPAIRS. I HAVE NOT USED IT BUT 2 TIMES AND IT WILL NOT HEAT UP NOW.
