I have been taking this for about 3-4 years. I like
capsules and this is what they are, not a hard caplet.
I tried another brand of melt in your mouth and I started
getting large red spots on my arms. Thanks. jk

This product is no good, shows no improvement the Resmedin company is only out to make money, they do not have a return policy they will auto-ship you orders you never asked for then charge to your credit card with out your permission. I have been in contact with the Florida Attorney General office as well as the State better business bureau.
