The Pasta Boat rocks. I am not able to stand for long, so cooking can be a chore and I figured this would make things easier so I tried it. I eat pasta 3 to 4 times a week. 4 weeks in and I have not cooked pasta on the stovetop since. It will take a couple trials to figure out what works best with your microwave, but then you are ready to go. My father who I cook for said he couldn't really tell the difference. He likes his pasta much softer than mine so instead of just making it the way he likes it, I can now just make 2 different batches quickly. I have made rotini, angel hair, spagghetti, and fettucini with success. I heartly recommend this product. I thik the Pasta Boat would be very useful in a college dorm( you can't eat pizza for every meal right).

Bought this a local retail store. Love it! Cooks pasta in microwave without me having to watch a boiling pot of water.
Time saving, easy to use and does a great job!

I admit I was taken in by the tv infomercial for this one and just got it. I tested it out and it works pretty good will definitely be cooking all my pasta with the pasta boat.

$10 is such as great price for this. I looked in stores but couldn't find it anyway I ended up getting it online took about a week or something but was really happy when I tested it out and it worked! I like steaming my vegetables in the microwave and now I can cook my pasta in it as well. ;)
