I bought the nicer dicer and it is a great product. But, whoever created the plastic wrapping around the product should be FIRED. It is almost impossible to get it open.

This item is great. I use a rubber mallet to hit it and it works great. Thank you

I paid $42 for my Nicer Dicer at Linen's and Things about 3 years ago. I have not used it a great deal. When I got it out the other day to dice some vegetables I found out it did not work properly. The blades were bent and not in alignment with the plastic squares. I deducted that the metal they were made of was not sturdy enough to have a reliable life. I wanted to send it back to the company that made it and let them examine it, but could not find an address other than "Genius USA, Exton, PA 19341". I think this is a distributor. In it's present state, I feel it is inferior because of the durability of the blades and the plastic seating cubes which are not hard enough to withstand the pressure of the cutting blade when it is out of alignment and therefore cuts into it.
