I purchased the Loud Clear at a local drug store. I found that the "ocean" sound I heard with the device drown out the voices I was trying to hear. When I called the service department, they said try pushing the device more snuggly in the ear. That only amplified the "ocean" sound. They then said to just return it to the store I purchased it from. Are they having similar trouble with other people? It was not a good device as far as I am concerned.
