I was extremely disappointed with this product. It would run for a few seconds and then stop. I tried changing the battery, and it wasn't the battery. I had to keep wiggling the head to get it to work, it would run for a few seconds, and then as soon as it touched a surface it would stop. For the few seconds that it did run, it did NOT trim any hair. I feel this product is a huge waste of money.
