Aloe is my cure-all. I've been using it for 15 years on my sensitive skin daily and also now drink it for its long list of health benefits. Whenever I have an upset stomach, I remember to take a big gulp. When I feel ill, I make a series of healing smoothies to boost my immune system (YUM!). And when I've been taxing my body a little too hard, I drink aloe to detoxify and get back in balance. Its an amazingly gentle yet effective plant that has proven the test of time. Seriously, check out all the great literature online, I bet you can find a reason to include aloe in your health routine. Aloecure is some of the purest and tastiest of all the brands I've tried, hands down. Plus, its organic! I recommend it to everyone! Enjoy.
