This seems like a good product and that it would work well with my hair. Trouble is, I placed my order 10 weeks ago on their website and still haven't received my Aircutter. I love the concept, but frankly, it seems like the manufacturers are scamming people. Maybe I'm wrong, but every time I call their customer service I am told that they are on backorder. Buyer beware with these guys. Shame. Thanks for listening!
