If you are looking for great abs and you have a weak core, then this machine is for you. This device won't stress your back or neck and you can set it up in front of the TV so you can workout without getting bored.

The total price seems a bit high but the machine is great. Just like Jeff said, put it up in front of your TV and you can workout your abs during your favorite show. And if you are worried about the price just think ask your self...how much are great abs worth?
