This thing is awesome. Like that sit and spin we used to use as kids but you get a killer ab workout. I love it. Great product and I think the ab circle should be in the top 5.

This think is sweet! I thought it wasn't going to work, but a friend convinced me to get it. I found out that it really does work. I have been using the Ab Circle for a couple months now and I am starting to see my abs pop out. It is also much easier to watch tv on this machine than doing sit ups, which is a great plus, since I get bored working out.
