We are very disappointed with the Giovanni piano. The overall concept is great, but the quality of the product is poor. The piano worked for less than 24 hours before it literally started to come apart. Like so many things 'Made in China' it is cheap. We are in the process of asking for a refund. The site advertises a 90 day money back guarantee but does not offer the information on how to send this product back. Overall, very disappointing.

I received a Giovanni roll up piano for Christmas, but can't get it to work. It does not come on with the adapter, and I can't figure out how to open the back for the batteries....although I don't think it will help. It should
be able to work when I plug it in, and I've tried several outlets. Also, the internet adapter doesn't fit into it.

The Giovanni Piano is the cheapest piece of garbage I've ever bought. I got a refund for the piano but not the 20.00 of shipping charges, even though the piano arrived with a broken key. I am going to spread the word all over the internet that this product is inferior and that all companies that sell it should think twice. A total piece of garbage.
