this product truly is a miracle. i suffered from skin irritations along with the worst hear burn ever. after a dr treated me and prescribed me allergy medication and claimed i will have to be on it from now on ( yikes ) i refused to want to be dependent on med's. i tried 2 other products and then was told by a family member about the 7 day cleanse on tv. so i tried it and also followed the died 100 percent. i ate plenty of fresh fruit and made hardy soups with little chicken and plenty of veggies. i lost 18 lbs, the bad shin irritations were gone, the heart burn and sleeping on the sofa sitting up was over. it works so good im doing it every 2 years to maintain my health and to keep me off meds and off the sofa...i rate it a 10
