April March 06, 2009 my boyfriend and i just started this program and the first few days were interesting just trying to get things straight and all the cooking but soon figured out that if you cook 90% of your food for the next few days it isn't quit so overwellming. it's only been 4 days so far so don't take much to figure it out and i'm down 7lbs. i know you think eating 5-6 times a day you would gane and coming from someone who only ate maybe 2 times a day it's been hard to get all the meals in. we had to fig out how to get 1 meal and 2 snacks in at work that's not so easy but working on it.. i had to find something to eat/drink that would also give me the sweet fix. tea with splenda works good. also a banana even though not on my part but what could i either that or a big candy bar hum!! duh!! well that's all i've got for now might send another review in a couple weeks.
